Urm for haruhi the title cup is 50% form haruhi right? that means i can have 25 or more which are haruhi while the others can be any series in my deck in order to partcipate the tournament?

Hi robthebin, for TCG you’ll need to drop by and register as they require you to pay upfront. (due to too many people pre-registering and not showing up) As for aniplay and black tech, drop them a call to enquire more as their practice might differ.
