Bushiroad has just made it’s 2nd title announcement for the year 2010 over at Japan but lucky for us foreigners, there’s Nico Nico Douga, where it was broadcasted Live.
As most people have watched it on Nico Nico Douga, it might not be that much of the news, but read more after the jump. All news posted here are regarding the card games.

Alright, finally done by Xak (who’s way more active now yay!), here’s the translations for the hit booster pack Toaru Majutsu no Index/Toaru Kagaku no Railgun.
We apologise for the one week delay but that’s the flaw of the exams. =/
