1) Bushiroad Booth

2) Event Tournaments

The Card Geeks AFA Event Tournament

Venue: AFA
Dates: 21st November (Saturday)
Time: 11.30 AM onwards
Entry Price: $5
Tournament style: Modified Swiss (32Players) and Top 4 playoffs
Series restriction: Standard
Registration limit: 32 Players
Pre-registration Date: 6th November till 21st November

All players are entitled a “ドレス姿の律子” Promotional Card!

Tournament entry is determined by first-come-first-served basis. Please register at the tournament area before 11.30am.

Note: There will be event points for participation as well as bonus points for the top 4. However, points from this event will not affect the 16 invited players for the WP Singapore finals at AFA day 2.

The Card Geeks AFA Event Trial Deck Tournament

Venue: AFA
Dates: 22nd November (Sunday)
Time: 11.30 AM onwards
Entry Price: $5
Tournament style: Modified Swiss (16 Players) and Top 4 playoffs
Series restriction:  Trial Decks Only (No modifications allowed)
Registration limit: 16 Players
Pre-registration Date: 6th November till 21st November

All players are entitled a “ドレス姿の律子” Promotional Card!

Tournament entry is determined by first-come-first-served basis. Please register at the tournament area before 11.30am.

Note: This tournament will be held in conjunction with the World Grand Prix tournament at the event.

Bushiroad World Grand Prix 2009 (Singapore Leg)

Venue: AFA
Dates: 22nd November (Sunday)
Time: 11.00 AM onwards
Entry Price: - (INVITE ONLY)
Tournament style: Top 16 Elimination
Series restriction:  Neo-standard (ONE Series per deck)
Player limit: 16
Champion will be representing Singapore as Bushiroad World Grand Prix 2009  (WS) International Exhibition in Japan at end of December 2009! (Travel and lodging expenses paid for)

All players are entitled a “ドレス姿の律子” Promotional Card!

Note: Top 16 players of Singapore WS Card League will be invited for the tournament. Players have already been informed of their legibility.

Below are the special rules for the tournaments:

- Absentees or players who are late after the first 10 minutes will be automatically eliminated.
- All matches are determined by the Best of Three games and the losing player will be eliminated from the tournament.
- All matches will last 1 hour 15 minutes (Standard timing of 25 minutes a game)
- A maximum of 15 minutes extra time is allowed should games be extended over extended periods of time. Players can use the 15 minute break in between matches for toilet breaks.
- There will be a lunch break from 12.15pm to 1.30pm. Players are adviced to return back to the tournament area by 1.25pm to avoid being late for the tournament.
- To respect the validity of the tournament and avoid cheating, absolutely no form of external communication, cheating or signals are tolerated during the course of the tournament. Should any such signs are observed during the tournament, the player will be warned and in extreme cases, disqualified.
- All game outcomes are to be reported to the Game Master for logistical logs as well as confirmation.

Please follow the above rules to ensure a smooth tournament and transition after lunch breaks.

3) Bushiroad Staff and Stage Performance!

Meet the people who made it happen! On Sunday 22nd November 2009 4.30pm, CEO of Bushiroad Mr Takaaki Kidani will be invited to a Q&A Session on AFA Live Stage along with the Weiss Survive anime seiyuus The Mash and Kitta Izumi! A special performance will also be held by the thrio as they bring the games closer to players!

The staff will also be at the Bushiroad booth and will be easily identified with their Bushiroad jackets! Do look our for them and their timeslot at AFA09!
